Curated by Barber Osgerby, the exclusive new AXOR One palette takes inspiration from naturally occurring interactions of light, color and water. The six color variants reflect the designers’ observation that color, when seen through water, can increase in vibrancy and intensity. Available through the AXOR Signature service , the colors express the elemental connection of AXOR to nature.
A color for any ambience.
Subtle yet distinctive, the six new AXOR ONE colors reflect a deep appreciation for water in its fluid relation to earth and sky. The blue-green of Aquamarine captures the chromatic character of a calm sea, while Coral is a warm, red-orange tone derived from the color of salt lakes. Ice is a light, muted blue, seen in the layered blues of glaciers and sea ice. Stone is a strong grey that references the meeting of land and sea. Seashell is the cool greyish pink of powdered coral and seashells, while Sand recalls the shore, wet from the ebbing tide. For added depth and vibrancy, an extra gloss finish evokes a layer of water over the surface color. Like water itself, this finish reflects the surrounding environment and is easily cleanable, making it an ideal choice for any bathroom.
