At the wash basin, mixers of exceptional elegance and versatility
AXOR Citterio M offers single-lever, two-hole and three-hole basin mixers in different heights and forms, including numerous wall-mounted variants. The collection includes mixers in a choice of angular, parabolic or gently sloping spouts, with several handle and plat options. The wall-mounted single-lever basin mixer shown here comes in two different lengths and, for mounting, a choice of wall flanges or a single continuous plate.

At the bathtub, AXOR Citterio M offers single-lever mixers for exposed and concealed installation as well as rim- or tile-mounted four-hole mixers with a pull-out hand shower with three distinctive spray types: Rain, RainAir and WhirlAir. Based on extensive research, each is conceived for a different kind of shower user: the efficient ones, who wish to awaken their senses swiftly; those who pamper themselves, exulting in the pleasure of washing; and the focused ones, who prefer targeted sensory relaxation.

In the shower, AXOR Citterio M offers single-lever mixers for exposed installation as well as thermostats for exposed or concealed installation. The offering also includes elegant wall plates and diverter valves with ergonomic handles in the shape of circular dials, levers or classic three-pointed stars. Perfect in combination with overhead showers and hand showers from the AXOR shower range, AXOR Citterio M is characterised by an understated elegance adaptable to virtually any designer bathroom setting.

Antonio Citterio founded his architecture and design studio in 1970, while still a student at the prestigious Politecnico di Milano. Over the last five decades, he has quietly established himself as a leading figure in design at all scales, from skyscrapers across Asia to iconic furniture for leading manufacturers to bathroom fixtures for AXOR. Sometimes referred to as the “gentleman of design”, Citterio is known for his timelessly elegant, unobtrusive design concepts.
